On 3 rd June 2021, The Navigators (EPTF), launched the first online Enterprise Development Program to
train and mentor individuals who are in business or those who would like to start a business but did not
know where to start from. Six consecutive sessions ran on 3rd , 8th , 10th , 15th , 17th , and 24th from 9 am-11
am. 13 participants were part of the program and 10 of these successfully finished and will receive
certificates of completion. Having undertaken this training, those who had not yet started business say
that they now feel they have been brought closer to their starting stage and those with businesses feel they have been equipped to expand.
Every session had an assignment; this helped the participants further process what they were learning. Participants were grateful that the assignments they had been working on were reviewed by the trainers. They had one on one sessions with the trainers to make corrections. The participants appreciated the personalized attention they received during the training and assignment review sessions.
