“The Iron Lady”
Zainab Mambo Malembi is a role model and leader in her village. She was trained in Entrepreneurship and Table Banking in August, 2017 under the EPTF MEDs project. After this, she went through the EPTF mentorship programs for 6 months. From the skills and knowledge grained during the training she took it upon herself to start a savings group in her village, Kidzuvini, Mtaa Location. The group is called ‘ Tanguliani Mwangani Kidzuvini’ and has 22 members who make a weekly contribution ranging between 50/- to 250/-
Zainab is focused on bringing transformation in her community by passing on the knowledge she has gained over the years to other members of her community.
