Effective and efficient businesses require intentionality and focus which are vital elements of success for entrepreneurs in the long term.
As such, the EPTF’s 3-5 Business club is a platform for business owners to come together and build strategic alliances with an objective of building mature businesses in a period of 3-5 years.
Apart from the 3-5 Business club, EPTF has monthly workshops that tackle different topics. Tuesday, 29th August 2017, saw business owners and entrepreneurs come together to tackle the topic ; Business Maturity Date (BMD) and Ideal Lifestyle. The topic explored stages of business such as; Concept and Start Up, Survival, Subsistence, Stability by Hands on, Success, Significance and Succession.
It is at the success stage that an entrepreneur can confidently say that his/ her business has reached Business Maturity Date (BMD). Here, the business is characterized by its capability to produce both money and time for the business owner.
The Interactive session came to a close with the business owners and entrepreneurs being tasked to set a Business Maturity Date between 3-5 years.
