The training was very helpful to me. Lessons on networking and marketing enabled me to cut out my niche in the fashion industry,he said. He adds that the principles on book keeping have also enabled him to keep records of his daily income and expenses.
Job and his business partner Ray are in the fashion industry where they design and print graphics on clothing. They get their clients mainly from Kahawa West environs. The Kahawa West Barracks officers have become one of their greatest clients who mainly purchase jeans.
During the March 2010 mentor-mentee workshop, Job was linked to his mentor, a fashion retailer in Nairobi.
They meet regularly and is grateful to have someone who is available to listen to him on a regular basis and offer guidance and advice.
