From changing lives of 16 Philippine boys in the year 1983 to hundreds of thousand people in 21 countries in 2017, Bo Wallenberg of the Children’s Mission in Sweden stresses that individuals have to create a world where people live in dignity. This is not possible if you are not dependent on God and posses no calling / passion for the work you do.

That is just but a snippet of wisdom shared by Bo Wallenberg when he visited EPTF staff on Friday 25th August, 2017.

He says, “In a world where there is so much emphasis on wealth and earthly pleasures, it is so difficult for organizations and individuals to pursue God’s calling.”

Bo adds, “It is not about how much money you make or have in your wallet, but how many human lives you have changed.”

There is need to have a brain driven heart and not a brain driven mission or brain driven work. Brain driven heart goes a long way to show your passion and that you are the light of the world because you have met Jesus and want to share His love and kindness with the rest of humanity.

Bo concluded with a presentation on making great fundraising and how we should keep our calling / passion & our hearts clean.

What a privilege it was for us this morning to have Bo visit and share his calling with us. As part of the Children’s Mission family we thank God for the opportunity to advance this calling.

May God bless you Bo, you are a blessing to many!
