LPAG is a group of 12 women from Kibra, Lindi Area who work together to ensure that they are economically empowered to support their families. The group was registered in 2013 with the goal of venturing into business. They, later on, joined hands and started making beaded items that they sell in the local markets. Some of the items they make and sell are; necklaces, earrings, carrier bags, coasters, baskets, sandals, among other items. They, however, share that the business has not been easy due to the difficulty they face in marketing their products. They believe they have the skill but identifying markets for their products has been a great challenge.

The group members expressed interest to be trained by The Navigators (EPTF) so that they can better understand how to customize their products to suit the needs of the customer. They are also eager to learn how they can market their products broadly by utilizing various digital platforms. Their hope is to not only sell their products locally but also internationally. They believe that achieving this goal will be pivotal in enabling them to live as empowered individuals who are transforming their own lives, and the lives of those around them.
