Richard is a resourceful business strategist with management skills, knowledge and experience. He has been involved in senior management and consultancy in the airline industry for over 20 years in Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania and Somalia with a rich experience working with different cultures.

Richard was involved with the Navigators ministry at the university and has a passion for leadership and poverty alleviation.

Faith Ndeto is a journalist ardent about stories that educate and inspire. She enjoyed 3 years working in a media house and telling stories on health and the environment. She is passionate about seeing young people come to know and walk with Jesus.

This passion was ignited during her involvement with the Navigators after high school and her time on staff internship with them. She continues to engage high school graduates in Machakos to help them be rooted and formed in Christ.
