Margaret Karangatha – Board Chairperson

Mrs. Margaret Karangatha is currently the Board Chairperson of The Navigators Economic Projects Transformational Facility (EPTF). She is also the Executive Director of the Lead consortium Ltd. Margaret has served in several boards and is currently the regional treasurer of Scripture Union Africa.

She is an executive coach, a mentor and a facilitator / organizational consultant in disciplines like Healthcare industry, publishing, engineering, real Estate, educational institutions and floriculture among others,

Margaret Holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA, strategic management) from United States International University and is a certified Public Accountant-

She is passionate about the work of EPTF as she sees it as a strong avenue to deal with the challenge of unemployment and poverty thereby restoring people’s dignity as God intends.

Mary Kamore

Mary Kamore is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Economics Projects Transformational Facility (EPTF) where she is responsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of the organization’s strategy with a view of creating stakeholders value. She is responsible for the day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the organization’s long term and short term plan.

With strong knowledge in Business and Entrepreneurship Development, Mary has competencies in; organizational leadership, mentoring & people development, partnership development and marketing. She has experience in various aspects of Business Development, Business Planning, training, mentoring, materials & curriculum development, business advisory and offering Business solutions to Small and Micro enterprises.

Mary’s main goal is to empower individuals through programs and initiatives that enable them realize their full God given potential. It is in line with her passion for people development & mentoring that Mary instituted M_OliveS Mentoring Consultants, an organization whose Mission is to spur Individuals, Businesses and Organizations to optimal performance through provision of Business Development & Mentoring Services. Before joining EPTF, Mary actively served as the Director and founder; M_OliveS mentoring consultants where she oversaw development and implementation of mentoring and Business development programs for Banks, NGO’S, Government Institutions, Private owned institutions among others. In spite of her busy role as the EPTF CEO, Mary is still a mentor and a trainer of mentors.

Chris Amulo

Chris Amulo has served as staff with the Navigators for almost 20 years. He is currently the national director for the Navigators Kenya.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Nairobi and a certificate in counseling skills for pastoral care from St. John’s College in Nottingham, UK. He is currently finalizing a Masters of Arts in Global leadership from the University of Gloucestershire in England.

Chris believes that kingdom minded entrepreneurs are critical to helping people live lives of dignity and value. EPTF in its focus on empowering entrepreneurs is indeed a vehicle to this end. As a minister of the gospel, he knows that when people are helped to meet their physical needs, they are also responsible to their spiritual growth leading to whole life transformation.

Kevin Kanyotu

Kevin Kanyotu is a young passionate entrepreneur with over 15 years experience working in the private sector industries on aspects such as;  brand communication, media advisory, marketing and advertising.  He is the founder of Suave Media Limited Marketing and Public Relations firm and a Digital Marketing and Brand Strategy firm called Tanuri

Kevin has over 7 years experience working as an advertising executive and manager in leading television stations in Kenya. He also has vast experience in corporate marketing where he has developed marketing and communication strategies for a number of institutions within East African region.

Dorcas Muli

Dorcas Muli has over 10 years of experience in audit with diverse professional experience in planning and completion of audits. She has a Masters degree in Business Administration  from Kenyatta university and a Master of arts in Economic Policy Management from University of Nairobi. Dorcas is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems auditor.

Her auditing career has cut across local, international and multinational organisations including the World Bank, Global Fund, UNICEF, CDC, USAID, DFID, UKAID among others. Dorcas has worked in different sectors including the public sector and the donor funded organisations.

She is passionate about risk management and value addition to donor funded projects.

Samuel Ndonga

Samuel Ndonga brings to EPTF a wealth of over 10 years experience in the private sector and international development space. His banking career has involved him in providing value in business advisory and innovative financing solutions to micro-enterprises, SMEs and Corporate businesses in various sectors such as;  manufacturing, trade, agribusiness, education, healthcare, energy, hospitality, business services among others. He has also worked in international development with a focus on private sector development across the East African region in developing, funding and managing policy and field projects.

Samuel has attended numerous training and certification programs both locally, regionally and internationally in areas such as but not limited to; Leadership Development, Talent Development & Management and  Social Entrepreneurship.


Martin Mutiso Makau

Martin Mutiso Makau is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an Arbitrator in private practice for over twelve years within the East African Region.

He has practiced extensively in matters involving civil litigation, commercial law, insurance law and arbitration. He is a member of The Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society and The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

He has pursued a Bachelors of Social Legislation (BSL), Bachelors of Law (LL.B), Post graduate Diploma in Law and an accredited certification in Arbitration (MCIArb). He has also been admitted to the roll of Commissioners for Oaths and Notaries Public.
